TOWER & SUMP CLEANING SERVICES
Why is it important?
Over time, nutrients, airborne dirt, and debris collect within different components of cooling towers. If not properly cleaned, these contaminants can cause blockages and corrosion, which impair the operating efficiency and can lead to significant damage and possible failure of the system.
It is recommended that the cooling tower cleaning be performed before the start of the cooling season and again after shutdown in the fall. Systems with heavy biofouling or high levels of legionella may require additional cleanings. New systems require cleaning and disinfecting as well due to construction material residue/potential legionella growth.
